Sunday afternoon, August 25, I had the good fortune to address African Americans’ significant (but under-appreciated) role in both world wars, and the ongoing Great Migration that accompanied both to an audience at the Madison Museum in Orange, VA.

No more talks until November 2 (at 12:30), when in honor of Veterans Day I will address African American military service during World War I at the African American Historical Society of Loudoun County in The  Plains.

I’m happy to address any size group, anytime — free!

As the Brits say, “knock me up!” at 703 867-4120 or email me at genebetit@gmail.com. Your group will be glad you did.
